Scope of Works

Iris Blinds was appointed by JCB Interiors to supply and install premium roller blinds throughout the newly refurbished offices of Bank ABC in Moorgate, London EC2R. The project focused on achieving superior daylight control and a modern, refined aesthetic that complements the high-end corporate environment.

Technical & Aesthetic Details

The installation featured FR-rated Solar View fabric (3% openness), providing full compliance with fire safety regulations and excellent glare reduction.
The Solar View Collection was selected for its ability to balance natural light, energy efficiency, and outward visibility — ensuring both comfort and performance.

All blinds were fitted with durable aluminum brackets and smooth, silent-operation mechanisms, ensuring long-term reliability and a flawless visual finish.

Challenges & Solutions

Several fixing points required installation on plasterboard ceilings with limited structural strength. To guarantee a secure and lasting solution, our team used expanded anchor screws, providing optimal stability and precision without compromising the ceiling’s integrity or delaying the schedule.
