The Requirements
The client required a complete window treatment and space-management solution for a high-end commercial office environment in the City of London.
The brief included:
•Large-scale installation of roller blinds across all office areas
•Clean, architectural finishes aligned with the interior design
•High-performance fabrics with fire retardant compliance
•Flexible space-division solutions for multi-use areas
•Bespoke curtain systems for feature spaces, including curved architectural elements
•Improved acoustic comfort and visual privacy where required
All works had to be delivered to a high commercial standard and coordinated with Woodalls Design as part of the overall fit-out programme.
The main challenges of the project were:
•Installation of 395 roller blinds, requiring consistent quality, alignment, and efficiency
•Integration of opening cassette systems within a finished commercial interior
•Design and installation of custom curved and suspended curtain tracks
•Handling and fitting of heavy velvet fabrics in feature areas
•Delivering multiple bespoke solutions within a single, coordinated programme
Office Areas – Open Cassette Roller Blinds
We supplied and installed 395 roller blinds fitted with an opening cassette system, providing a clean and professional architectural finish while allowing easy access for maintenance.

Games Room – Double Velvet Curtains (Room Divider)
Double velvet curtains were installed to function as a flexible room divider, allowing the games room to be separated into two independent functional areas when required.

Glastenbury Office Space – Vescom Fabric Voile
A bespoke curtain solution was installed within the Glastenbury Office Space to provide visual privacy while maintaining a refined, contemporary appearance.

Library Area – Suspended Curved Track with Velvet Curtains
A suspended cubical curtain track was custom-manufactured as a jointed curved system to follow the architectural arch of the library space.
The total track length was 8.5 metres.

The project was successfully completed and handed over on schedule in collaboration with Woodalls Design.
